Sentimentor does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or recommendations. Nothing on the Service constitutes an offer, solicitation, endorsement, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Stories, market investigations, social-media posts, videos and graphics are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not investment, financial or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

Content is not legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for independently evaluating information and deciding whether to seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

The Service provides general research and algorithmic analytics, not a suitability assessment or individualized professional advice. Even if you enter a budget, investment horizon, preferences or other circumstances, an output is not a determination that an investment or strategy is suitable for you. Your use of the Service does not create an investment-adviser, client or fiduciary relationship with Sentimentor.

All tools, analytics, indicators, and outputs are used at your own discretion. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data, forecast, score, narrative, or visualization.

If you connect Alpaca Paper, you authorize Sentimentor to submit simulated orders to that paper account from eligible runners you explicitly activate. Paper execution is not live trading and does not reproduce all market conditions, fees, liquidity, latency, or fills. You are responsible for reviewing every runner, its limits, pending orders, and paper positions. Pausing or disconnecting a runner does not necessarily cancel an order already accepted by Alpaca and never liquidates positions automatically.

Market data is sourced from third-party providers. Some values may be delayed, estimated, missing, or substituted due to data-provider limitations, exchange rules, licensing limits, API issues, or connectivity outages.

Quotes may be delayed or provisional; an in-progress candle is not a completed session. A news sample, social ranking, options snapshot or public-filing search may not cover the entire market or requested period. A filing date may differ from a transaction date, and social attention does not establish investor intent, insider knowledge or investment quality. Confirm instrument identity, observation dates, units, coverage and primary records independently.

Features such as Smart Money Footprint, Divergence Meters, pattern detection, and AI-generated narratives are derived from algorithms and models. These outputs:

• Are informational signals/metrics, not directives or instructions.
• May be incomplete, incorrect, or misclassified.
• May change without notice as models and inputs evolve.

AI may generate inaccurate statements, calculations, citations or code, and outputs may not be individually reviewed by a human. A successful tool call, source link, “verified” event label, “validated” strategy label or confidence score describes only the stated retrieval or check; it is not an audit of every claim, regulatory approval, proof of causation, or a guarantee of profitability. Review the underlying evidence and stated limitations.

If the Service displays “buy/sell” style signals, pattern labels, confidence scores, or “accuracy” percentages, you agree and understand that they are:

• Not investment recommendations and not trading instructions.
• Not guaranteed; historical or backtested results do not predict future outcomes.
• Based on historical data, modeling assumptions, and technical methods that may not reflect real-time conditions.
• Subject to false positives/negatives, regime changes, data errors, and model limitations.

About “Accuracy” / Performance Metrics: Any “accuracy” or performance metric shown (if any) is a model evaluation statistic, not a promise of profitability. It may be based on backtests or simulations and may not include real-world factors such as spreads, fees, liquidity, slippage, latency, corporate actions, survivorship bias, or look-ahead bias.

Risk Warning: Trading financial instruments involves significant risk and may result in substantial losses. Do not base investment decisions solely on model outputs, sentiment scores, or indicators.

Options can expire worthless. Leveraged, margined and some derivative positions can result in losses exceeding the funds initially committed. Crypto assets and illiquid instruments can involve extreme volatility, custody risks and an inability to exit a position. Examples and scenario calculations do not remove these risks.

Liability: Any limitation of liability is subject to Section 12 and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Service may allow you to create watchlists and receive alerts/notifications based on market movements, thresholds, or analytics changes. Alerts are informational only and are not intended to prompt trading activity. You control your notification settings and may disable alerts at any time. We may throttle, delay, or limit alerts to protect service integrity.

All referenced logos, brand names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. No endorsement or affiliation is implied.

Links, embedded posts and third-party commentary are provided for research context, not endorsement. Third-party sites, data and broker services have their own terms, licenses and privacy practices. Access through Sentimentor does not grant permission to redistribute licensed data or use another person's likeness or content outside the rights available to you.

The Service may be modified, paused, discontinued, or unavailable at any time without notice. We do not guarantee continuous access, real-time delivery, or uninterrupted operation.

These operational limitations do not override applicable notice requirements, your statutory rights, or our published billing and refund commitments.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, harvest, or extract proprietary content or data.
• Circumvent access controls or licensing restrictions.
• Introduce malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use automated bots without authorization.
• Publish deceptive investment promotions, fabricate performance or endorsements, impersonate others, manipulate markets, or infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Sentimentor's platform content, design, software and features are owned by Sentimentor or its licensors. Except for uses permitted by law, an applicable license or the Service's sharing, copying and export features, they may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. Third-party content remains subject to its owners' rights.

You retain the rights you already hold in your own inputs and original contributions. AI-generated output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection; its generation does not clear third-party rights. Review those rights before publishing, redistributing or using an output commercially.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentimentor and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections and remedies remain available. These limitations do not override the Refund & Renewal Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

This provision does not deprive you of mandatory protections or rights to bring a claim in another jurisdiction where applicable law requires them.

CO₂ savings are estimated using generalized assumptions for displays and energy mix. They are illustrative and not a certified carbon accounting metric.

Headlines, thumbnails, short videos and captions necessarily condense information and may omit qualifications found in the full investigation. Read the linked sources, contrary evidence and assessment. A scenario, price target, bullish/bearish label or discussion of a public figure is not a direction to trade. Confirming that an event occurred does not establish that it caused a price move.

AI-generated editorial images and depictions are illustrations, not authentic photographs of an event, verified quotations, or evidence that a depicted person or company participated in or endorsed the content.

Educational-use and no-endorsement notices do not replace any required sponsorship, affiliate or other material-relationship disclosure. Such disclosures must accompany the relevant content where required, not be inferred from these Terms.

Report suspected material errors to support@sentimentor.ai with the story URL and supporting evidence. See our Editorial & Research Standards for corrections and substantive updates. We do not promise to continuously refresh every historical story or third-party repost.

Augur-generated strategies, indicators and workflows are drafts. Review their code, assumptions, data access, parameters and permissions before saving, testing, publishing or activating them. Producing or compiling code is not proof that it is correct, safe, tested or profitable. A saved draft does not by itself establish that a test ran, a schedule was activated or an order was placed.

Backtests and hypothetical results are not actual trading results. Forward monitoring and paper execution remain distinct from live-money performance, even when they use current prices. Selection of examples, overfitting, survivorship bias, look-ahead bias, fees, spreads, slippage and execution assumptions can materially affect results. A published strategy record is not a recommendation or a guarantee that results will repeat.

Scheduled research and notifications may fail, be delayed, exhaust usage limits or stop when a provider is unavailable. They are not guaranteed risk controls. You remain responsible for reviewing activated workflows and monitoring connected accounts; the Alpaca Paper limitations in Section 3 also apply.

You must have legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms and use the Service only where legally permitted. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support. Do not submit passwords, secret keys or sensitive personal or financial information through prompts, uploads or public features.

Submit only content you have the right to use. Review content before choosing to publish or share a report, strategy, workflow or link. Publicly shared material may be viewed, copied or redistributed by others, and removing it from the Service may not remove third-party copies. Community content is not endorsed or independently verified merely because it is available on Sentimentor.

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. These Terms do not grant permission to publish another person's private information.

Prices, billing intervals, trial conditions, included features and usage allowances are those disclosed for your selected plan at checkout. Usage allowances are not promises of an accurate answer, a successful trade or uninterrupted data availability. An automatically renewing subscription requires the applicable checkout authorization; merely reading Stories does not authorize a charge.

Renewal, cancellation and refund commitments are set out in our Refund & Renewal Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Cancel through the account controls described there or contact support if you cannot access them. If billing provisions conflict, the customer-favorable interpretation described in that policy applies; mandatory refund and cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Revisions will be published here with an updated revision date. We will provide any additional notice or obtain consent required by applicable law for material changes. Updated terms do not retroactively remove accrued statutory rights or the billing and refund commitments applicable to charges already made. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
