This Privacy Policy explains how Sentimentor (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the “Service”).

1.Information We Collect

A.Information You Provide

Account information (name, email, password or authentication details).
Support requests and communications (messages you send us).
Billing information (if you subscribe), processed by our payment processor (we generally do not store full payment card numbers).

B.Information Collected Automatically

Device and usage data (IP address, device type, browser, operating system, timestamps, pages/screens viewed, click/interaction events, referral URLs).
Log and security data (diagnostics, crash logs, fraud/security monitoring).
Cookies and similar technologies (for authentication, preferences, analytics).

C.Watchlists and In-App Preferences

Symbols/markets you add to watchlists.
Alert/notification preferences and settings.
Feature configuration preferences (e.g., indicator settings).

D.Optional Alpaca Paper Connection Data

If you explicitly connect Alpaca Paper, we store an encrypted OAuth access token, a masked account identifier, connection status, paper account balances, paper positions, order requests, order status events, and simulated fills. We use this information only to provide the paper-trading integration, reconcile orders, enforce your configured safeguards, and maintain an audit record. Broker credentials are never exposed to PineNode strategy code or the browser.

E.Information We Do Not Intend to Collect

Except for the optional Alpaca Paper connection described above, the Service is not designed to collect sensitive personal financial profile information such as risk tolerance questionnaires, net worth, income, tax status, live brokerage credentials, or full brokerage account numbers. Please do not submit sensitive data through free-form fields.

2.How We Use Information

We use information to:

Provide and operate the Service (accounts, watchlists, alerts, subscriptions).
Maintain security and prevent abuse or fraud.
Improve performance, usability, and features (analytics and diagnostics).
Communicate with you (service notices, account messages, support).
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3.How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

With service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, error monitoring, customer support, payment processing). They are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to us.
For legal reasons (to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights/safety, investigate fraud).
In a business transfer (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets), where information may be transferred subject to this Policy.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and the right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (we do not sell personal information). 9.Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy and update the “Last Updated” date.
